            a Biogeneric Individual with e.max

            and try to accomplish

            Are We Ready

            for Powder-Free Preps?

in 1998, i became the owner of cerec

Redcam. Using it required an extremely

          sensitive technique that included prep-

ping a tooth with powder, and then taking

clear-cut images using a foot pedal. The

software would then create the proposed

tooth. With time, the technology evolved

to CEREC Bluecam, and I upgraded my

          office software. This technologywasmore

lenient on the images taken; however, it

still required the use of powder.

Now, we are in the era of Omnicam,

where there is no longer a need for that

tedious powder. Omnicam is also more

user-friendly, with the added benefits of

          ColorStreaming video capture, which

implements incredible images that are in

full color. Yet, evenwith the added benefits

of upgraded technology, the core principle

is still the same: we continue to prep the

tooth in the guidelines of CEREC in order

to convert a monochromatic block into a

replicated tooth. In this fashion, I present

a case stufy, which includes details and a

          step-by-step guideline of my techniques

to provide the most efficient and accurate

          composition of a natural-looking crown.
