with the integration of CEREC and Galileos. Dr. Anthony Ramirez
shows how these technologies can positively impact a practice.
Dr. Pete Gardell’s article shows how CEREC technology has
grown beyond partial restorations. As one progresses by taking on
more complex cases, it is necessary to involve other disciplines to
helpwith restorative cases. Dr. Gardell shows howorthodontics can
help create a favorable restorative result.
One of the advantages of the cerecdoctors.com discussion board
is the help a practitioner can receive — sometimes instantaneously
— from all the CEREC “friends” that take part in the boards. That is
once again proven in this issue’s discussion board article. A dentist
in New York can not only get advice from across the country, but
also from around the world. What a great resource to have!
So, what other help is out there? How can your friends help you
with your CEREC journey? The Live Patient Educational Seminars
have been a great success, filled with practical help for any CEREC
practice. You can find out more at

recently, several events have happened that got me thinking of this tune from the beatles.
One was the recent IDS (International Dental Show) trip the cerecdoctors.com Mentors participated in. Not only did they
visit the show, but they also had the opportunity to visit several home offices of our partners. At night, the group had a great
time having dinner together creating great memories.

‘I Get by With a Little Help FromMy Friends.
Going to Try With a Little Help FromMy Friends.’
Another event that hadme thinking about the song was at a recent
ACCEPT programheld at the Spear Campus. TheMentors who help
with the program are given an opportunity to introduce themselves
and share a little about their CEREC journeys. While they talked
about how the technology had positively impacted their practices,
they alsomentionedhowgreat it is tobepart of theCERECcommun-
ity and howmany have close friendships in that community.
In this issue’s interview with Sirona’s Michael Augins, he
mentions that, “It is the community as much as the technology that
makesCERECunique…”And I, asmany of you, wouldhave to agree.
So what “little help” are we providing our CEREC friends in this
issue?Personally, it still amazesme–thepossibilities that areavailable
