didn’t run into issues of having short drills (the Nobel Guided
kits come with a 30 mm length drill for guides, and this accom-
modates even the longest Nobel implant of 18mm, which I used
today). I drilled everything guided but placed the implant free-
handed. Is there away to place the implant through the CEREC
Guidewith a sleeve? Iwas able to get 55 nmtorquewith aNobel
Active 5.0 x 18 mm implant, grafted the buccal gap, screwed
on the TiBase and provisionalized with CEREC Lava Ultima.
Appreciate any feedback and areas for improvement, thanks!

Her bone was so soft so we had some issues with
primary stability, so no temporization.

Great job, Jeremy. How did Mike ever get so lucky
to find an associate like you?

Just spent about an hour messing with the
software to find the best way to do this, and I’m
finding out it’s definitely not a cake walk!

I am curious what the crowd thinks on the success
of an 18 mm implant versus an 11.5 mm or 13 mm
length. Personally, I have never placed an 18 mm implant.

Hi Bernie, I made a video for you how to do virtual
extraction on #10, #8 and #3.
(Seevideoat:https://www.cerecdoctors.com/discussion-boards/
view/id/42901)
I used my Suface Pro pad to make this so program and tools
that you see is a bit slow :)
Couple things to do so virtual extraction becomes really easy:
• Always draw that replace line WITHOUT moving model.
So, first select right angle so you see asmuch gingiva around
teeth that you want to extract.
• You can use remove tool afterwards to shape gingiva.
• It also helps if you have Biocopy folder with identical data
so you can see if you are removing too much teeth structure
Hopefully this helps.
